First rule out mites. If you have a rooster how many do you have? That's some serious feather loss from a roo. To me honestly it looks like another chicken or possibly two that are eating the feathers off the others. Is there any hens without feather loss? This obviously isn't something that happened over night. When did you first notice the feather loss starting?
