I will say that an angelfish should not ideally be kept in a 20 gallon tank with other fish, as it can cause stunting, wich is likely what is going on here. The twitching could be from muscle spasams caused by bad water paramaters or stress. What are your water paramaters? They should technically be kept in 30+ gallons, unless you are an extremely experienced angelfish keeper. On a side note, your tank will be overstocked once all your fish grow up. Common pecos will grow up to 2 feet long, and require a minimum of 175 gallons per fish. Even smaller species like the bristlenose pleco need 30 aquariums. You say it is small right now, but what will you do with it once it is bigger? Sell it? Nobody will wants a likely sickly, stunted 6-24 inch pleco. Getting a fish you know will outgrow your tank in no time is very irresponsible. Albino sharks can grow to half a foot long are very active, and are aggressive, obviously not suitable for a 20 gallon tank with long tailed fish like angels and bettas. You will need to rehome the pleco and shark as soon as you can, and likely the angel as well if you truly want the best for your fish.

Oh there is a fish breeder that will take the once he get to big. I never really thought about the 30 gallons or bigger. When i got Moo i was told 20 tall or bigger. I can’t get him a new home. My shark only comes out for feeding and otherwise stays in the back covered in live plans. I hsve a large peaice of fake coral that is the focal point of my tank. Should i look for something that doesn’t have ruff edges? My batta seams happy, he used to have a brother (then never fought) but he passed. They (battas) lived in a 5 gallon tank. What are parameters? My water is great, he might have stress from the large water chance i did 50% I only do 50% rarely. It cleaned the gravel so many he is just scared. The picture is on my tank today.

Also, this is a ood Question but my datta fills the fake coral with air so it float sometimes and he will stay in there all day long and then come out when he feels like it. Is that normal??? His brother used to make everything in my tank floot if he could.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! It means so much to me.

And yes, you should remove any sharp decor that could tear your betta or angels' fragile fins. The thing with the betta and coral is not surprising. They are very intelligent fish who like to rest at the waters' surface. He is likely utilizing his bubble nest making skills to create a comfy roost. To make up for this entertainment if you get rid of the fake coral, you can get him a floating betta log for him to rest in.

The shark could be the problem. I had a shark in a 20 gallon that terrorized and killed a guppy and a platy. I didn’t even realize it was happening until it was too late. Parameters are the amount of ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, etc in the tank. A 50% water change is actually a lot better for your fish than smaller water changes, so I don’t think he’s stressed because of that.

The picture below is what i used to clean the gravel. You put the big end and the gravel or sand and it sucks up water with poop in it. It is great i love it. I checked me water it is all in the right color zones (except the hardness? But my dad said I can’t do anything about that).

Somehow I am not suprised. As I stated before, sharks are aggressive and predatory. You should move him to a large bucket or spare tank with aeration and daily partial water changes, and rehome him ASAP.
