Help!! Baby chicks are being aggressive!

Hi! I found this while searching for threads about aggressive chicks. Mine are fairly normal with each other, but I have one Barred Rock that has repeatedly charging at and attacking my hand biting as hard as he/she could repeatedly, despite my being extremely gentle with them. I had a terribly aggressive roosted in the past who had to be culled and don’t want that to happen again. Could this one chick’s attitude “teach” the others to see me as a threat? According to the sexing theory of barred rocks it is a female- narrow white marking on head.
