HELP - Black Nostrils?!

I've noticed recently that my beautiful chicken Hilda has got a black nose. The first picture is when her nose wasn't black but the second one is now. Is this serious? I've read it could be mould? If this is true, how could I get rid of it?xxx

Thank you! I've been talking with people on old thread. She has still got black nostrils but I am guessing it is from dust and dirt and what not from the ground of the pen. Keeping an eye on her though as she has got a bit of poo stuck to her bottom so I'm about to go a soak it off with a warm wet flannel. Thank you for asking xx
