Help brinsea incubator stoped heating with chicks hatching

Help my Brinsea Polyhatch Autoturn has just stopped heating it’s been fine until now and done two previous hatches. Quail chick’s inside are not even 12 hours hatched. Does anyone have any advice? We have checked the fuse, checked the fuse board and changed the plug.

My partner has just gone to a friends house to get his incubator. So hopefully the chicks will survive.

Edit: I had put blankets over it to keep the heat in. Chicks are in a new incubator and seem to be ok so far. What I really need help on now is what people think might have happened to the incubator as it was working fine before this. Thanks

Don't open the incubator ... try covering it with towels to keep the heat in. Hopefully your friend doesn't live far.

Thanks that’s what I did... The chicks seem to be ok so far. Any idea what’s wrong with the incubator?

Sorry can't help you there, may want to call the company and ask, maybe they can troubleshoot. Best wishes with your hatch
