HELP! Chick getting bullied in incubator by others

I’m in the middle of a hatch and a chick that just hatched is getting pecked to bits (even has a bloody spot on its back) by two 20ish hour old chicks. Terrified to open the incubator as I have a chick zipping right now and don’t want to shrink wrap it. What do I do?!

It also almost looks like it has a yellow belly? The chick being bullied that is. It flipped to its back and seemed like it had a yellow stomach. Is that normal?

I'd very quickly open the incubator and remove the older chicks.

Sounds as if it may have an unabsorbed yolk sack. Were all eggs set at the same time?

I did this. I feel very sick. I hope I don’t harm the hatching chick but couldn’t continue watching the hatched on get bloodied. I also worry because they were mostly dry but not “all the way” so I hope they don’t catch a chill now that I’ve removed them..

yes exact same time but it has been a very staggered hatch. I have 12 that haven’t even pipped. Shipping eggs though so I wouldn’t be surprised by low hatch rate.
