Help! Chickens Pecking Each Other, Drawing Blood and Infections!!!!

Everything looks good; plenty of space in the pen and coop, feed etc...also ensure they have fresh water to drink at all times.
If they continue picking and pecking each other, you know where to order the Pinless Peepers.

Is there a hen that doesn't seem to be on the receiving end of the picking? Wondering if you have a true bully and her copycat friends.

There are two of my black stars that don't seem to have any bald spots whatsoever, and we have seen them peck others. I've noticed 4 of my birds have been aggressive since they were in the brooder, and 2 of them got eaten by coyotes, so it's just those 2 left.
