Help, day 19 egg got cracked open by another exploding egg

Checked on my broody hen this morning and when she stood up to get something to eat a bad egg exploded and cracked open another egg. It is day 19 and the cracked egg has an alive chick inside, I could see it breathing. There is blood so I think the membrane is broken. What should I do?

Update: the chick is now fully out of the shell (don’t know whether mum did it or the chick did it themselves). Still seems alive so just letting nature takes it’s course
