the pip was on the underside of the egg, but a hatched chick turned it over. it looks like the pip only took off the shell, but the membrane layer is still intact. is this normal??
Hello my duckling did do this also i only have a picture once the membrane dried not sure if you will make it out. It was in the wrong position and ended up having to be fully assisted after 36 hours after the pip but it did eventually break the membrane and just stopped. I had put a saftey hole in the air cell aswell but hopefully it will get the membrane soon
