Help doxy-tyl questions

Hello! I made a grave mistake and bought chickens that had some sort of illness. Now it is spread to my beautiful birds...
I have been treating with vetrx and apple cider vinegar and just ordered doxy-tyl thanks to a different thread on here on where to even find antibiotics these days. The symptoms are exactly as they have listed at the bottom for chlamydia.

Does this spread to humans?
Will they always carry this?
Can we eat the eggs while we treat?
Can we incubate the eggs while we treat?

I have three pretty sick hens and they day it will be about a week before the antibiotics can get here...will it be too late by then?

I should add that I culled the sick birds I bought. I do not want to do that with these birds as they literally just started laying!!
