Help? Fowl pox?

Asking for some help. Is this fowl pox? How do I treat or prevent rest of flock from getting this? What causes this? We have 5 hens almost 1.5 yrs old (these are 2 of 5), 1 cockerel and 5 pullets.

If you think it might be fowl pox, separate the affected bird(s) until it heals. If you're really worried there is a vaccine you can get for the unaffected birds. Valley vet has it and it's pretty cheap. The disease is most commonly spread by mosquitoes although wild birds can spread it too. The disease is a virus and thus has no specific treatment other than supportive care while it runs its course
