Since when did she stop laying eggs? Could she have picked up some rat poison? How does her vent area look, is it swollen?

I would administer some Vitamin K and oregano tea as first aid and try to find out the cause of the bleeding:

Rat poison?
Broken egg inside the hen?

I would grab some Corid at the feed store to treat for possible coccidiosis, but it could be something like cancer or fatty liver disease. Swallowing a sharp object that has caused an internal injury might also be possible.

Corid dosage is 2 tsp of liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder to each gallon of water for 5-7 days. Also give the contrated Corid orally 0.1 ml per pound of weight twice a day for a few days. It will not hurt her to give, if she does not have coccidiosis.
