Help identify, please! Duckling? Gosling? Breed? Age?

Duckling or gosling?... the bill is throwing me off bc it looks flat and rounder at bottom, not more triangular shaped like gosling.

Well, that’s just it... We THOUGHT it was a duckling but when we went to the feed store (Southern States) my daughter had it with her, and someone who worked there told us it was a gosling. So, now we have no idea.
