Help! Is this duckling sick?

We just got 2 ducklings for the first time yesterday, one of them had an area on his belly where he was a bit bloody still from hatching but today that area has a diarrhea-like fluid dripping from it and it STINKS really bad. He seems okay but I'm not sure if this is normal. The other one has fairly solidish poops and this one has been dripping this light brown fluid for the last hour. I'm not sure if he's okay or not. I have attached 2 photos

Possibly a umbilicus infection which means the duckling need antibiotics and a vet asap.
