HELP... My chick has hatched but is not in a good way 😭

Hello, please can someone help me. I've hatched 4 gorgeous silkie chicks, but one of them is very poorly. She can't move one of her legs, which only has 3 toes, and she is bleeding under her wing (on the same side as her bad leg). What can I do to help her? She can shuffle around and seems strong, but I fear the bleeding and leg are not great Can I help her, or will she just slowly die? This is heartbreaking

I will take better ones later. At the moment this is what I can see... but there is a lot of fresh blood when she lifts her wing

So, upon holding her I can see that it is her toenail that is making her bored because it is facing up and scratching under her wing. I've put some cotton wool and making tape over her foot to stop the scratching. Is there anything I can put on the wound? And what does this mean for her leg? I'm so upset for her
