Help - odd breathing/gasping from female turkey

Hi! My turkey Midge is 4 years old, and has been in great health the entire time. A few days ago I started noticing her opening her mouth and making these odd breathing sounds. She doesn't act in distress, and it still drinking and eating feed.

It's been a long time since I've had to do poultry diagnosis — what do folks think this is? Is this an impacted crop?
