Help! Peachick eyes bulging out

Hello. I found this peachick whose eyes are bulging out and her mouth stays open. We don't know what happened. She was fine this afternoon.
She is still chirping. What could've happened and how can I help her? Can she recover from this?

I can not see a side view to determine if it is pecking. Is the chick with any other chicks or other hens?
