First time chick mum here 🐤
I put the chicks to sleep last night and they were all fine, this morning this little one is unable to put any weight at all on its' right leg.
I have separated it into its own brooder and it is still eating and drinking fine and hoping around with one leg.
Chicks are 4 days old.
I have no idea how to help it?

Try to exclude physical trauma. You may be able to feel swelling or a break. Compare one side to the other if you aren’t sure.
The chick is too young to make Marek’s likely and there is not much you can do if that is the cause.
That leaves vitamin deficiency. Vitamin B deficiency can cause lameness. Good news is you can’t really overdose on vitamin B (source: my vet and my doctor), so it is a no regrets thing to try. It is also readily available as a human supplement.
From experience it takes a while to work.
Here is the post I made when my Bernadette went lame. She was a couple of weeks older than your chick.
