Help please! Duckling needs help

This is my first time hatching ducklings. We we are letting our three girls do the work and they’ve hatched 4 babies but an hour ago we realized another was hatching. It seemed to be weak but was halfway out and managed to get out the rest of the way. One of our ducks quickly took him under her so I thought everything was fine. But just now I checked on them and the baby was out in the run by itself. I don’t think it could have walked it seems too weak. But it was just peeping. So I brought him in to keep him warm. Do you think it’s ok? What should I do??

Thanks! I did just that but unfortunately lost him. I think his neck was broken. At least he died warm and secure instead of cold on the run floor

That's sad. Nature isn't always kind, but you still have 4 little fluffies. Think about them and don't dwell on the 5th
