Help please - what is wrong with this chick?

I have a chick who has a prett serious issue. I thought it was wry neck and have been treating it for this for over two weeks. There is no change. She has a severe curve in her spine, I think. I’m wondering if it’s a birth defect? Hate to keep dosing her with all the vitamins for no reason. Has anyone seen something like this. I noticed it when she was a few days old - in the chaos of fifteen new chicks it might have been like this from day one. Thanks for any advice on this.

Has it inhibited her eating, drinking, running around, etc.?

She is eating and drinking well, but she is hunched over and cannot lift her head very high. She can raise it high enough to swallow water but I don’t know how she would do if her food wasn’t down very low. I separated her from the main group with one bird for companionship. I was afraid the other birds might further injure her - and they also knock over the food dish I put on the ground for her.
