My Turkey chick (nearly 2 months old) has diarrhea and is looking very dopey (not wanting to move around with the flock), as well as keeping its head very close to its body. It has no spots/sores on it, and is not stargazing. I have separated it from the rest of my turkeys and am keeping it in a box with wood shavings and a hot water bottle and water/food etc. I am giving it diatomaceous earth, but I don't know what else to give it.
Does anyone out there have any idea of what this is and what I should do? Is there any chance of it surviving?

I would stop giving it diatomaceous earth.

You may want to treat it with Corid. It may have coccidiosis.

Is there anything else I should give it? It looks like it might be improving - it's chirping a lot more and is a bit more active. Would it be safe to put it back with the rest of the flock?

If it is coccidiosis it can be with the rest of the flock and it would be beneficial to treat them all with Corid.
