Hello, we have yet another crushed egg but this time we are incubating with bean bags and heat lamps (using a thermometer to keep temps ok) little baby breathing and you can see the beak. I do not know if it can hatch on its own but I don't want to pull out of the egg before finishing absorbing the yolk, I also want this to happen as quickly as possible before it possibly dies. Can someone tell me when the duckling will be finished absorbing the yolk.

Did it pip on it's own or did that membrane break with the shell did? How did bean bags do this?
How long has it been like this and what day is the egg on?

The duckling died in the end... in the first place it got crushed by mumma duck and we where incubating it with bean bags etc. so she wouldn't crush it more, I don't think it was ever attached to the egg sac because it was malpostioned. It piped on its own.
