Can anyone tell me why my Gander’s droppings look like this?

There’s flecks of blood and this mucous orange bit, I’ve never seen this with any of my geese before.

Backstory with my Sweet Gander is that he has an ongoing neurological disease, antibiotics may or may not be working, I’m just wondering if anyone’s seen this and know what this could be and what causes it. I’m afraid he’s having liver problems.

He hasn’t eaten anything besides flock raiser and lemon water since yesterday afternoon.

Here’s another dropping from yesterday 4F605343-677F-400E-A239-087A2514D412.jpeg

Another from this morning after the orange and bloody one, it has lots of urates

And one from a moment ago that’s fairly normal “I fed him some blueberries earlier.”

I’m really concerned about the extremes I’m seeing, this isn’t normal for him. 😔
