We have 8 chickens and I’m certain 5 of them are definitely hens but these 3 I’m unsure about, they’re all about 3 months old. The first one is an olive egger that I’m quite sure is a roo based on how red the comb is, rust patches etc, it’s just the tail that doesn’t seem rooish. Second one is an EE, everybody I’ve talked to has said they believe her to be a hen but her tail and how big she is always made me think she’s a roo lol I know pullets can have curly tails that they molt out but I’m just not sure. Last I bought as a maran (no feathered legs though so I’m not sure that’s accurate) mostly I think she’s a hen but she has thicker legs that throw me off. Thoughts?

Your first bird (photos 1/2) appears to be a cockerel--red comb, plus lots of red leakage coming in on his shoulder.
I can't tell on the bird in the foreground in photo 3 because of the angles.
The black/white bird (photos 4/5/6) also appears to be a cockerel--I think I see saddle feathers, plus silver leakage at his shoulder.
Black bird (7/8) appears to be a pullet.

That was my guess as well! First had a pretty red comb by 6-7 weeks so I was sure it was a roo then the red patches really convinced me. Black/white has made me go back and forth for the longest time. It’s neck feathers were always rounded and comb was small and pale until recently, once the tail came in though I was sure she had to be a he lol
