Help with sick rooster!

You're able to handle him/pick him up?

Check for lice/mites.

Hard to know what's going on with him. He may have disease like Marek's or has suffered an injury. It wouldn't hurt to give him 1/2 tablet B-Complex daily for a while to see if that helps with his leg problems.

Who does he belong to? Is he feral or does he belong to a neighbor?

I’m located in south Florida.

He doesn’t have any lesions or plague inside his beak and he hasn’t been fighting any roosters. I’m feeding him poultry feed. His poop has gotten better and it’s no longer fowl smelling. He eats and drinks water and goes back to sleep. That’s all he does.

Yes I’m able to pick him up. He doesn’t have any lice or mites. He’s feral. I have been giving him this vitamin since yesterday but he’s still very lethargic.

The 3 rd picture looks funny, like there may be a bleed inside his eye. Can you have a look at it and see if it looks like part of the pupil is not black? Do you see any red reflex in the back of the eye? With weakness on the opposite side of his body I would wonder about a head injury or stroke. Please let us know if the eye looks the same as your picture earlier.
