In the Brooder

So I have 7 goslings in the brooder (along with some chicks and a couple of ducks). They came from Metzer last week, 2 buff, 3 pilgrims, and 2 embden. The first day or two they were super docile and enjoyed snuggling, but I have only had like 15-20 minutes a day to spend by the brooder (which is out in the barn). I was really hoping that they would not end up scared of me, but it seems like that’s what’s starting to happen. They now run away whenever I put my hand in the brooder. Any tips on correcting this before it’s too late? I’m planning on keeping these ones around for as long as possible and I’d love to have them be friendly like people talk about (follow you around like pups behavior). What should I be doing?
