Hen confusion

I have a chicken dark one about 24 weeks that hasn't laid yet. I believe it's a type of Maran (came as a mix bag). It hasn't started laying yet, but has started crowing like the rooster. Is it a rooster too, or is it maybe hormonal?

Both birds are roosters. The dark one is a Dark Brahma.

Well that stinks but good to know. In have 4 more Plymouth rocks supposed to be females I guess I'll have to post pics lol
