Hen or Roo? Confused on this one!

The chicken in question is almost 7 months old. He/she is from a breeding project from a friend. The saddle feathers make me think cockerel, but the rest makes me think pullet. I'm totally confused on this one. What do you think?

This isn't a great picture since she's darting through a shadow, but it's the only other recent one I have.

It has male specific feathering. Not all cockerels or roos develop massive combs and wattles

Agreed that is without a doubt cockerel. Male specific feathers and the double barring. It’s not uncommon for cockerels to continue to grow their combs and wattles until they are closer to a year old.
