Hen or Roo?

Is this chicken a Hen or a Rooster? I’m new to raising chickens and got six of them, one is definitely a rooster starting to grow a comb and waddle, and crow, but as for this one we just aren’t sure? It doesn’t seem to be growing a comb or wattle but the fail feathers are curling. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
