Hen or Rooster California White?

I'm pretty sure she's a hen, but 3 months old and has started talking quite a bit! It is not a rooster crow, just a louder sound kind of like distress but everything is fine. I'm not that into it though She is the more dominant of my 3 hens. Thanks!

She is a 15 week old Barred Rock hen nicest and friendliest of my 3!
