Hen with lump/swelling on face/beak, any ideas?

Hi,

Hope you can help, I am a first time chicken owner and cant seem to find anything on the internet that looks similar. A few days ago I noticed one of my hens has a solid lump on the side of her face/close to beak area. I've been monitoring her and she has been eating and drinking completely normally, and the inside of her mouth looks completely normal. Today I notice the other side of her face is looking a little swollen also, I will include a pictures from a couple days ago and then today also. She also walks fine but runs with a slight limp. Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi! Do you see a wound anywhere? A scratch? Can you clean it and carefully spray with vetericyn and then put plain antibiotic ointment on it?
