Hen with some type of bruise

Hello my name is David and I'm new here
I have 5 silkies 2 boys and 3 girls
One of my girls has some type of bump on her breast bone it's reddish and purple
She's acting normal. I think it was probably the rooster since he's pretty big compared to her... Should I be worried?

Do you have pictures of the lump? It could just be a sore, which are common on the breast area.
