Hen won't stand up

I have 5 month old Maran hen and she is not wanting to stand up. When she does, she is holding one foot up so it won't touch the ground. I already checked for foot lice/mice and she seems healthy on that respect. Im thinking she may have fallen from her roost and hurt her leg. does anyone know if this will heal on its own or I need to do something? She cannot walk to go get her food and water and I have to put it in front of her.

Can you please post some photos of the pullet, her poop and her legs/how she stands?
