Mites can definitely devastate a flock! Definitely strip down your coop floors, nest boxes, spray everything down with a permethrin spray, replace with new bedding. Make sure to get on the underside of the roost bar, mites love to sleep there during the day and come out at night to feast on your birds. Repeat the coop spraying 7 days later.

And you will need to catch each one for treatment as well, giving them a good spray, making sure to get to the skin.
