Housing a House Chicken?

I tried to search for this but didn't quite find what I was looking for- if anyone knows of a thread that discusses this, I would appreciate a link.

Our chronically ill chicken, Chipmunk, gets a crypto relapse every time we try to re-introduce her to the flock (this last time I think being outside caused her to molt and it stressed her to the point of having another slow-crop episode), or even when we take her outside for any longer than an hour or two (separated from the other birds so she can dust bathe in peace). I've given up on ever re-integrating her, she is almost 3 years old and has spent the majority of her life inside bouncing between illnesses, her vet thinks she's immunocompromised. However, she's been in housing that was meant to be temporary - a pop up soft playpen with mesh/zippers, with hemp bedding, in our office. I feel like this should not be a long term housing solution for her. So I want to know- what do other people with permanent house chickens use?

When I had a house chicken, I set up these screens on one side of my room. Then, I laid down old towels on the floor. When you can't be with her this setup is OK, but whenever you're available you'll want to let her walk around the house with her chook diaper on. I suggest putting the pen setup near a window, so that she can sunbathe.

Here are the photos.

I might end up in this same situation. Did you ever figure anything out?

@Meri Maura
Are your girls permanently inside? How do you keep everything clean if they are? I feel overwhelmed just trying to keep up when they are inside for treatments. But I’m really struggling with the idea of a house chicken. She probably won’t make it outside at this point though.
