How do I Band Aid a Spraddle Leg

I hatched some guinea keets and four have spraddle leg. I've done a search on this forum and see people talking about using a band aid. They refer to a link about how to do it, but I can't find it anywhere.
Could someone refer me to the link, or explain to me how to do it?

Here's a link to the chickens chick - it looks like she is using vet wrap, but a band-aid could be used instead. Hopefully the photos will help you out.
