How do I care for a open wound on my chickens?

So a few hours ago my dog got ahold of my 2 roosters and 1 hen and he tore a hole in them but they are still alive and eating and drinking I didn’t know what to do so I sprayed some antimicrobial poultry care on the wounds I also put some hydro hen stuff in their water should I clean it Im scared that I’ll make it worse .

Pictures can help up see what you see. Are they in shock? Offer sips of sugar water or electrolyte water as you have. A wound spray such as Vetericyn, saline, or Hibiclens/chlorhexidene with half water, can all be used. Rinse off the chlorhexidene with water if used. One it dries, apply plain Neosporin or similar antibiotic ointment twice a day. Keep wounds open to air. Separate the chickens so they are not pecked at the red wounds. Watch for infection. What is the location of the wounds? Are they able to stand or walk?

Yes my hen is able to stand and my 1 rooster can walk but not very much. I should have said that there’s only 1 rooster since the other rooster is sadly missing but here’s what the wounds look like, the white one is my rooster and the hen is is the black

It can help to trim feathers that are getting into a wound, which will make it easier to clean them. It is hard to see the wounds. Is the first one on the lower back? Are both wounds very deep? If you have better pictures of the wounds or descriptions later, post them.

So they still seem to be doing fine still and look to be breathing normally. The hens puncture was on her back right in between the corner of where her wings end and then the roosters puncture is right besides his cloaca and his tail bone, the skin looks like it just got torn off right there so you can see like the inside of him then my hen it’s not that deep either, The third pic is last night and the 1st 2nd and 4th is all today

Be sure to keep the antibiotic ointment on the wounds twice daily. Hopefully they will heal soon. Watch for signs of abscess or infection (swelling, redness, bad odor, or pus.) Are they eating and drinking?

Yes they are both eating and drinking and my rooster is also walking a little but his wing is drooping down not sure if that’s because his wound is under his wing or what
