How do you read a Billy Cook Saddle serial number ?

I am posting this for a friend after I found information on how to I.D my Circle Y saddle ...she has been looking for her Billy Cook Saddle and is having some difficulty ....I told her I have away !!! to find out ...

Do you already see a stamped number(s) on the saddle somewhere or are you wanting to know where to look for the serial number?

I personally dont have the saddle here my friend asked me over the phone to find out for her if anyone knew how to read the numbers ....she has been looking on the net and cannot find anything ....thanks

If she can see the numbers and they haven't been worn off then get her to tell you exactly what they say and I will dicipher them for you and tell you what they stand for as best I can.....without seeing it in person.
