How in the world do I pronounce Ayam Cemani ?

yall gotta help I was talking to someone about how I'd like to own an Ayam Cemani and they just stared at me for a long time and then walked away

I think maybe a pronounced it wrong? I always say it like I-am Cheh-mon-ee
