How loud are serama roosters?

How loud exactly are serama roosters? I prefer to avoid using a no crow collar because it could choke the bird.

Are they less loud than a regular sized rooster? Here's an example:

They are probably similar to other bantams breeds. A bit more squeaky, but just as capable of being loud. No crow collars can strangle roosters. I would not recommend one.
