I'd honestly say probably close to 100 thousand if not million. Gotta remember not all eggs hatch, and for pulley orders usually you'd need at least double the amount in eggs to account for males hatching

It will vary greatly with what is in demand that month and that year.

Certain breeds may be more popular at a particular hatchery and not as popular at another.

You can call individual hatcheries and ask for approximate numbers. The big hatcheries hatch 'zillions' each year.

Considering they have the option most places to order 100+ per breed suggests that at least once someone probably has. I alone ordered over 100 chicks total this year. Not to mention eggs and chicks I ordered from private people
