How Many Eggs Did You Use Today?

Today I have used 90 quail eggs!
45 for bird-scramble (eggs and shells mixed), 40 for our breakfast (bree scrambled eggs) and 5 for little man's breakfast!

Collecting about 120 eggs/week ATM so still have lots left over!

Haven't used any today. Birds have hit a slow down due to molting, eggs collected within 3 days, 13.

I used one egg today. It was the rather flat one I collected a few days ago and it went to the dog only because I knew it probably wasn't going to work as a hardboiled egg. Usually, I have eggs in one form or another for breakfast but I didn't today for no particular reason.

Sunday I made a broccoli cheddar quiche with 8 very fresh eggs. Turned out well. I end up selling or giving away most of my eggs in Spring/Summer.

Three yolks to make a half-recipe of crème brûlée. Unfortunately, we whipped the yolks with the full-recipe portion of sugar. We will see!
