How many roosters should I have for a flock?(Fertilized eggs)

how many rooster for how many hen?please help me(for Fertilized eggs)

Typically 1 roo for 10 hens.

I think it all depends on how randy your rooster is. I've had one rooster for up a a dozen hens. And when when one of my started to brood all the eggs she was on hatched. So I ended up with four more roosters and and three hens. But I dont know what or if there is an ratio you need to aim for if you hav alot of hens.
