How much weight should emu eggs lose per week?

Hi! I just bought 2 emu eggs and wanted to know how much weight they should lose per week? Egg 1 weighs 688 grams and egg 2 weighs 680 grams. I will be hatching them at 97.5, and around 30% humidity. Thanks!

I just weighed the eggs again and egg 1 is actually 530 grams and egg 2 is 520.

The general consensus is 14 to 15% of the eggs weight should be loss during incubation.
