I have a coop cam and every time I check during the middle of the night, I see the reflection of some of their eyes or them shifting around. They don't get up from the roosts, so they're not completely "waking up" but I wondered how deep they sleep? Is it common for them to be awake parts of the night? Do they sleep in shifts or are just generally light sleepers due to being prey animals?
