How often should I water my lettuce seeds?

Hi, I planted some lettuce seeds today outside in my raised bed. I have never grown lettuce before. I'm going away in 2 days and I have asked my neighbor to water my lettuce seeds while I'm away. During the day, it will mostly be in the 50s and 60s F. At night it will be in the 40s. How much and how often should I tell my neighbor to water my seeds? Thanks in advance!

Water our once a day unless it's raining or the ground is soaked from a rain.

Id say water gently once every day or 2 unless that bed dries particularly quickly.

Might depend on the drainage of your soil as well as placement of beds (i.e. amount of direct sun it gets). Most of my vegetable beds (which get full sun) get water once every 2 days when it's warmer (like around 60-75F) and once every 3 if it's cooler and overcast.
