How old is this mallard

We have had him for about 3 weeks now but want to know about how old he really is.

That's a Rouen, and is around four weeks

@Isaac 0, how can you tell that it is a rouen and not a mallard?

Rouens are much bigger then mallards, they also have two stripes across the eye compared to the mallard which only has one.
