how soon can my ducks eat egg shells

23 days is a little young to be eating things other than duck/chick feed, especially hard egg shells.

I would keep the egg shells away from chicks until they are of laying age. Too much calcium in egg shells for young babies that can damage the kidneys.

They don't need extra calcium until they are laying. Crushed egg shell can be beneficial in the garden though .
