How to get my chickens to lay eggs

Good morning,
We have three chickens we recently acquired about 3 weeks ago. One is about 6-8 months old and two are about 4-5 months old. That’s what the lady said where I got them from. I’m wondering when they will start laying eggs? We feed them meal worms, oyster shells, and chicken crumble. Any suggestions? Thank you.

All birds appear to be quite immature and nowhere near point of lay. You will have to wait until they mature.

They need a nest box and some time, they will lay eventually. Patients.

They might start in the spring. They're all really young though

I agree with others, they look super young. I would guess mid/late spring at the earliest.

They don't look as old as you were told, plus they're easter eggers which are late bloomers, they'll probably lay April -May.
