How to initiate a Clan Breeding system

I have 1 Delaware rooster and 6 Delaware hens. All initially came from a hatchery about 2 years ago. I want to start a Clan breeding system. I am currently getting 2-3 eggs per day but don't know which hens are laying. At the moment I have 42 eggs in an incubator. Should I initiate a Clan breeding system with my current flock? And if so, how should I go about it? Thanks!
